When will I receive my order?
We usually ship your order within one business day. Regional and national holidays may affect the shipping time. Delivery within Germany via DHL GoGreen typically takes 1-5 business days.

How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your items have been shipped, we will send you another email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can track your DHL delivery.

Can I change/cancel my order?
We process your order as quickly as possible, so there's a limited timeframe for cancellations and changes. If you would like to request a change or cancellation of your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@naturalvibes.eu.
How do I return an item?
Please notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order by email to info@naturalvibes.eu. We will cover the return shipping costs within Germany and provide you with a return slip.
Please note that we do not track unannounced returns and cannot refund any shipping costs.
