Orders

Change of contact and delivery details

Availability

Orders are subject to product availability: If there are any issues with delivery or if we are out of stock, we will inform you when the item is back in stock, as well as any items that are similar and have the same or a higher price. In case you do not want to wait for a replacement item or for the item to be back in stock, we will refund the total amount.

Product prices

The prices for each product are always published on Natural Vibes.com. These prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at the end of the purchasing process when you select the country or place of delivery. The price must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We also reserve the right to change the price of any product offered on Natural Vibes.com. The price you are charged or refunded is the price stated in the product details at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment for orders is made in the following ways: Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, and Paypal.

We reserve the right to change, add, or remove payment methods. The customer has no right to claim in such an event. If you wish to make a purchase but cannot find a payment method you wish to use, send us an email at support@naturalvibes.eu so that we can assist you with a payment method to complete your purchase.

Cards are charged in real-time via our payment gateway once all details have been verified by the respective financial institution. We are not responsible in the event that the issuing entity of your credit or debit card refuses authorization, and we are not responsible for possible computer failures caused by financial institutions or their payment platforms.

Likewise, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including cancellation of orders, additional fees, or blocking of users, in the event that suspicious or fraudulent activities are detected.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Orders are processed quickly, but we will endeavor to accommodate changes to your order. To change or cancel an order, send us an email at support@naturalvibes.eu.

Product warranty

If you receive a natural product, you have 30 days from the time we deliver the product to return it, no questions asked.

If you notice a defect, you should inform us as soon as possible once you have noticed the anomaly by sending us an email at support@naturalvibes.eu, including your order number and the issue with the product. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. External factors are not covered (accidents, wear and tear, misuse, inappropriate handling of the product), nor are products whose original form has been changed, altered, or repaired by the customer or unauthorized third parties.

Written notice and notifications
