Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@naturalvibes.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by using the withdrawal form at the end of this page). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Customers outside Germany are liable for the return costs. The return costs won't be reimbursed. 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract before your order has been dispatched, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from this contract after your order has been dispatched and return the items within the withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than:

(a) 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods; or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day on which you provide proof that you have returned the goods; or

(c) if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We cover the cost of returns within Germany and provide a prepaid return label. Customers outside Germany are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The same principles apply as when examining goods in a physical retail store.

If you use a carrier of your own choice for the return shipment, you are responsible for ensuring that the parcel is properly dispatched and sufficiently prepaid. Please also retain your proof of postage and, where applicable, the tracking number. In the event of loss or damage during return transit, please contact the carrier commissioned by you directly. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights in connection with withdrawal.

Important before returning your order
Please check that your order was placed with Natural Vibes (naturalvibes.eu) before sending your return. Due to our similar company name, we occasionally receive returns intended for other retailers. Please only send items purchased from our online shop to the return address below. If you are unsure, please contact us before shipping your return.

Please make sure to include your order number and name with your return.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal (cardboard label) has been removed after delivery.
