Shipping Policy

All goods are sent by Post in Luxembourg, DHL or DPD for the rest of the countries.

Costs

The orders on www.naturalvibes.eu with a delivery address in Luxembourg, Germany and Austria have a flat rate delivery of EUR 4.5 under a total amount ordered of EUR 39, otherwise is the delivery is for free. For the rest of the EU countries and the UK, the delivery costs a flat rate of EUR 15 independently of the amount ordered.

Our products can't be shipped to DHL pack stations, sorry.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer to ship to other countries outside the EU and the UK at the moment.
