Shipping Policy

All goods are sent by Post in Luxembourg, DPD or DHL for the rest of the countries.

Tracking

All the orders below EUR100 value will be shipped without tracking number.

Costs

The orders on www.naturalvibes.eu with a delivery address in Luxembourg, Germany and Austria have a flat rate delivery of EUR3 under a total amount ordered of EUR35, otherwise is the delivery is for free. For the rest of the EU countries and the UK, the delivery costs a flat rate of EUR15 independently of the amount ordered. 

DHL Packstation

Our products can't be shipped to DHL pack stations, sorry.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer to ship to other countries outside the EU and the UK at the moment.
